Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted if the product seal is broken or if the item has been used for hygiene and safety reasons
How to Request a Return
  1. Email our support team at support@obeglutidespray.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
  2. Our team will review your request and share the return authorization number and shipping address.
  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your return is approved for a defective or wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used sprays.
  • Items not purchased directly from our official website.
  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery.
